The project is underway. Clean out of the tank interior has been initiated, and this includes abrasive blasting of the interior water bearing surfaces. Necessary welding and repair of these surfaces should be completed over the next week, followed by the application of the interior coatings. Concurrently, the scaffolding for access and containment for the exterior tank work is being erected.
